Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are provided.

The estimates that we provide have a low and high end.  Please note that each case requires different tests, equipment, procedures, and care levels.  For these reasons, treatment costs may vary.

Prior to the surgery or sedated procedure the full low end of the estimate is required as a deposit. Payment for any remaining balance is collected at the time of discharge.

We accept all major credit cards, CareCredit, and cash. Payments over the phone with a valid major credit card are accepted on behalf of clients if previously arranged.

CareCredit as a payment plan or financing option:

CareCredit is a financing agency which has the ability to check your credit score and extend a line of credit to you. We recommend that you apply for CareCredit prior to your appointment. You may apply online at where you will receive a credit decision within minutes. Once approved, you may use your CareCredit account immediately. You do not have to wait until your card arrives in the mail; all you need is your account number and a valid ID.

CareCredit has different promotional payment plans. We participate in the “0% interest for 6 months” plan, as well as the extended payment (interest) plans for 24, 36 and 48 months.
